Board-Certified Clinical + Medical Support Hypnotherapist

Clinical hypnotherapy for nervous system regulation, creative focus, and meaningful change.

Grounded.

Evidence-informed.

Designed for lasting results.

Before becoming a clinical hypnotherapist, I spent over two decades working in film and creative direction, including co-producing Watership Down for BBC and Netflix, for which I received an Emmy Award.

Several years later, a neurological illness reshaped my understanding of the mind and body from the inside. Recovery required learning how to work with the nervous system rather than against it.

Today, my work integrates both paths. The same storytelling principles of attention, rhythm, and emotional architecture now guide how I work with clients and the subconscious.

INTRODUCTION

Most people don’t need more motivation.

They need their system to slow down.

To stop bracing.

To stop pushing.

Most of the patterns that keep us tense or stuck are not conscious decisions. They are learned responses stored in the subconscious, below deliberate thought.

When the subconscious is given space to reset, the system begins to respond differently on its own.

I work with individuals navigating chronic stress, physical symptoms, creative blocks, and moments where pushing harder no longer works.

This is not performance coaching.

It’s not talk therapy.

And it’s not positive thinking.

It’s precise, collaborative work designed to restore alignment between mind and body… allowing clarity to emerge naturally.

WHO IS THIS FOR

People arrive here at turning points:

For Creatives

Professionals under sustained pressure who want focus, emotional steadiness, and access to flow without burnout.

For Medical Support and Recovery

Individuals managing chronic stress, illness, pain, or recovery… seeking nervous-system-based support that complements medical care.

You don’t need to fit neatly into a category.

You only need to be ready for a different approach.

MY APPROACH

Sessions are structured, individualized, and paced to your nervous system.

There is no pressure to perform or fix yourself.

We work with focused attention, nervous system regulation, imagery, breath, and the patterns that shape your responses.

I do not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical care. Hypnotherapy is offered as adjunctive support alongside appropriate medical or psychological care.

NEXT STEP

If you are curious whether this approach is right for you, the best place to begin is a conversation.

PODCAST

The Art of Clarity isn’t a wellness podcast. It’s something else entirely.

It’s about how attention shapes experience… and how to reclaim some of it.

The Art of Clarity explores attention, the nervous system, memory, creativity, and how the world shapes how we think and feel.

It’s not about checking out… it’s about waking up.

This comes directly from my work as a clinical and medical support hypnotherapist… and from my own experience. Beneath the noise, stress, and constant input is what I see every day in sessions and in real life:

A mind that’s overloaded… and a system trying to recalibrate.

The podcast is an extension of that. Another way in… if you’re paying attention.

Listen on Apple Podcasts or all major platforms.

If you enjoy the podcast, please follow, leave a review, and share it with friends and family.

COMING 2027

This is not a memoir. It is an examination of what happens when suffering fails to register on the systems designed to measure and treat it.

When scans return normal and tests come back inconclusive, pain becomes negotiable… and identity begins to erode. Moving between clinical procedure, memory, disorientation, and unexpected clarity and healing, the work explores the gap between what the body knows and what institutions require in order to believe. It does not argue against medicine. It reveals its blind spots… and asks what happens when clarity and healing begin somewhere else.
