INDIVIDUAL HYPNOTHERAPY
I work one-on-one with clients who want to calm their system, think more clearly, and stop fighting patterns that no longer respond to effort.
Sessions are calm, conversational, and grounded in process.
You remain aware and in control at all times. The work adapts to you rather than asking you to adapt to it. There is no expectation to go deep before your system is ready.

These sessions are spacious, contained, and accessible… not performative or emotionally overwhelming.
Offerings are announced periodically and may take place in studio settings, partner spaces, or on-site at your organization or meeting space.
